With our SUPER DS3 you get 805 dedicated lines to run as much traffic as you can, for a flat monthly rate, run 10 million min your rate is under $.005/min, run 12 million min and your rate is under $.0042/min for ALL lower 48 states. You can add our Hawaii/Alaska option for a small additional fee, and receive 46 additional lines to increase your flat rate calling capacity.
There is no need to worry about CDRs or billing increments, the FLAT rate covers as much traffic as you can send.
