The condition is you either use my low wholesale route or pay me $0.01 per call.
Whether you buy route from me or you buy from some one else you have to prepaid anyway.

You have to create your own rate and upload it. I will guide you through with some samples.If you want I can assist you for technical aspect then you only focus on sales.
You can even offer voip service (free or paid) to your customers as long as you meet our minimum sales or on special arrangement between us.
