PlyBill is an easy to use Asterisk (cisco&quintum) billing system with unlimited Agent/reseller level. Each Agent level has its own Administrator and Supervisor. It has everything required for class 5 Billing System. Also you can have your own JAJAH (see http://jajah.com) type web callback. it is inbuilt. WITH ALL THE INGRIDIENTS IT IS JUST COUPLES OF HUNDRED DOLLARS.
It comes with a free program to convert your exsting database for test. A2Billing users has no problem converting to this platform at all.
